Bonga, a town in the Kaffa Zone, is Ethiopia's epicentre of coffee...the reputed home of Kaldi!  This is a dry-processed (natural) coffee, so it will taste quite distinct from our typical wet-processed ones.  It has very strong citrusy & floral nuances arising from the fermentation of the cherry during natural sun drying.
